EULA - End User License Agreement

INFORMATION ON LICENSING USE ON MORE THAN ONE COMPUTER To use RS-Soft products in a commercial, educational or governmental agency on more than one computer, it is necessary to purchase a SITE LICENSE. The Site License allows the organization to use the software package on up to the number of computers licensed. Site License fees are based on the total number of computers/users that will use the software package. NOTE THAT THE SITE LICENSE INCLUDES ONE COPY OF THE SOFTWARE AND DOCUMENTATION. The Site License allows you to copy the software for the number of machines licensed. Distributing, repackaging, or reselling of the software to third parties is not allowed. All licenses are prepaid. This computer-program is protected by copyright and international treaties. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of this program, or any part of it , may result in sevre civil and criminal penalties, and will be prosecuted to the maximum extend possible under law. You may only make backup copy for own use. The licensee may not ? reengineering or translate the Software ? unauthorized reproduction or distribution ? copy or translate the written Material ? or create diversion software. This Computersoftware was created very carefully, but it is always possible the Software is not free of errors. This Software are supplied AS IS without warranty of any kind. The author disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including,without limitation the warranties of merchantability and fitness for any purpose.
